I’m Ilene — a holistic wellness practitioner, educator, and the creator of the Ascension Balance Technique (ABT).

For decades, I’ve explored both traditional and alternative approaches to wellness, emotional health, and personal growth.

Along the way, I discovered something powerful:

When people understand why they react the way they do, their nervous system softens, their body responds, and ascension becomes possible.

My work blends science, intuition, and practical tools — grounded enough to feel safe, flexible enough to meet you where you are.
