Our coaching methodology is built on mutual respect for time and preparation. To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients, we adhere to the following session protocols:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation: Any requests to reschedule or cancel a session must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior written notice will result in a full charge for the blocked time.
  • Completed Sessions: Due to the deeply personalized nature of our consulting and advisory services, refunds are not provided for sessions that have already been conducted.

Digital Products & Downloads

To protect the integrity of our intellectual property and the immediate value delivered, we maintain a strict policy regarding our digital library and downloadable resources.

  • Final Sale Status: Once a digital file has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
  • Technical Exceptions: If you experience verifiable technical issues preventing you from accessing the file, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
  • Satisfaction Guarantees: Exceptions to this policy are made strictly in cases where a specific satisfaction guarantee was explicitly advertised on the product page at the time of purchase.
