Ascension Balance Technique ABT
The Ascension Balance Technique (ABT) is a holistic approach designed to help identify and release underlying blocks that may be affecting how you feel physically, emotionally, or energetically. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, ABT looks at what may be interfering with your body’s natural ability to restore balance and function at its best.
ABT works by gently identifying stress patterns, imbalances, or unresolved blocks that can accumulate over time. Each session is personalized based on what your body and system are ready to address, allowing the process to support balance in a focused and intentional way rather than forcing change.
People often turn to ABT when they feel discouraged despite trying multiple approaches. This may include ongoing stress, low energy, emotional overwhelm, difficulty resetting after burnout, or a sense that something is “off” but hard to define. ABT is meant to support overall wellness, not replace medical care.
ABT is a whole-person approach. Depending on the individual, a session may focus more on physical stressors, emotional patterns, or spiritual alignment—or a combination of all three. The goal is to support balance wherever it’s most needed.
An ABT session typically lasts about an hour, though some sessions may be shorter or longer depending on what we’re working on that day.
We begin with a brief conversation about how you’re experiencing and what you’d like the outcome to be.
Together, we identify a clear focus or goal for the session—something that feels present or keeps showing up in your life.
Once we know what we’re addressing, the session moves into a guided process using tools such as muscle testing, meridian work, acupressure points, energy balancing, and root-cause identification.
These techniques help uncover why certain reactions, patterns, or struggles keep resurfacing—not just what they are.
Common session goals might sound very everyday, like:
Why do small things trigger such big reactions in me?
Why do certain people or tones set me off?
Why am I so hard on myself?
Why does money feel stressful no matter what I do?
Why do my thoughts get stuck on the same conversations?
These moments may seem small on the surface, but they often point to deeper patterns or stored stress.
We close the session by talking through what you experienced—physically, emotionally, or mentally—and what stood out for you.
When helpful, I’ll share a simple technique, reflection, or supportive practice you can use on your own to allow your system time to process and integrate the work we’ve done.
Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, or clearer—along with practical insights and tools they can continue using in everyday life.
That really depends on what you’re looking for.
